Effective date: August 6, 2026. Last updated: August 6, 2026.
By accessing or using the AIEDM website, chatbot ("Aria"), demonstration environment, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
AIEDM provides a demonstration of an autonomous business-automation platform, including AI agents, workflow tooling, CRM concepts, and conversational assistants. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for evaluation purposes.
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information; (b) keep any credentials confidential; and (c) use the Service lawfully and only for authorized business purposes. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, or process personal information of third parties without a lawful basis.
The Service uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to generate responses and automate tasks. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content — including proposals, messages, and decisions — before relying on it or sending it to others. No AI output should be treated as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
All software, designs, text, and marks provided through the Service are owned by AIEDM or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights except a limited, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AIEDM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including under PIPEDA or the CCPA).
What we collect. When you chat with Aria, submit the contact form, or book a demo, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, company, company size, the message you send, and technical data (such as IP address and browser type) needed to operate the Service.
Why. We use this information only to: respond to your request, follow up about automation services, operate and improve the Service, and meet our legal obligations.
Legal bases. In Canada we rely on your consent (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, legitimate interests. In the United States we treat the disclosures and choices described under CCPA/CPRA as applicable.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except our service providers (e.g. email delivery) who process it on our instructions, or where required by law.
AIEDM handles personal information in accordance with the ten fair-information principles of PIPEDA: accountability; identifying purposes; consent; limiting collection; limiting use, disclosure and retention; accuracy; safeguards; openness; individual access; and challenging compliance.
Residents of California have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. California residents may:
| Right | What it means |
|---|---|
| Right to know | Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, and how we use and disclose it. |
| Right to delete | Request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions. |
| Right to correct | Request correction of inaccurate personal information. |
| Right to opt out of sale/sharing | We do not sell or share personal information; no opt-out is required. |
| Right to non-discrimination | We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. |
To access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent, contact us at info@aiedm.ca with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 30 days under PIPEDA; 45 days under the CCPA, extendable). You may also lodge a complaint with the applicable regulator (e.g. the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the California Privacy Protection Agency).
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls to protect personal information. Where a commercial deployment stores data, AIEDM can support data-residency choices appropriate to Canadian and US customers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site and, where you consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these terms. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction (including US state law where it applies to you). For US users, nothing in this section limits rights you have under applicable state privacy laws.
